The experience its self was wonderful. The food was delicious, the pastries and the tea (which I’m not a tea fan) was really yummy. The only thing I’m not particularly fond of was as soon as we sat (not even looking at the menu yet) we were asked if we wanted champagne….we didn’t not expect that to be free, but we also did not expect that to be $30 up charge per person for some Grand Marnier champagne strawberry thing. Which was not yummy. I just wish this was communicated better… we would not have gotten that. Or just would have preferred champagne itself.

We had the pleasure of experiencing high tea at the Biltmore Hotel, and Nester made it truly unforgettable. From his warm and attentive service to the sweet surprise of cake and balloons for our birthday guest, he went above and beyond in every way. He is exactly the kind of server who turns a lovely outing into a cherished memory. The Biltmore is lucky to have him!

We celebrated my daughter’s 17th birthday tea with her friends at the The Biltmore Hotel and had such a great experience. Nestor, the head waiter, was incredible from start to finish. He was accommodating, attentive, patient, and kind the entire afternoon. He made my daughter and her friends feel really special. He even sang for them at the end. It was so cool!! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the tea service, pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and presentation were all amazing. Everything felt elegant but still relaxed and fun for the girls. Vanessa helped coordinate things beforehand and was helpful getting everything organized. Overall, such a beautiful and memorable afternoon. Highly recommend for birthdays or any special celebration.
